The future belongs to the fearless - Young Africans Breakfast Friday, 25 June 2010 7am to 9.30pm at Groove Train Restaurant, King George Square, Brisbane City. Inviting all young and fabulous Africans. The Young African Breakfast series celebrates young Africans and provides a forum for them to raise their voices and speak about the issues, challenges and opportunities facing them as they build their futures. The theme for each year will start with 'the future belongs to'. This is our inaugural year and the theme is 'the future belongs to the fearless'. The breakfast will see young Africans step up and tell their stories, and discuss their futures. There will be opportunities for all young people at the event to introduce themselves and network with each other. Thanks to funding from the Construction Training Centre and the Lord Mayor's Suburban Initiative Fund (through Councillor David Hinchliffe's Office), all Young Africans get to come to the breakfast for free. We know it's early in the morning but look forward to seeing a great turnout from Young Africans in the Greater Brisbane area. For catering purposes, let us know if you can make it and if you are bringing anyone else. Please pass on this on to other fabulous Young Africans.
